Originally from Tell City, IN, I am a first-generation college graduate with two degrees from Indiana University. I completed my undergraduate degree in 2002 with a B.S. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business and a Minor in Political Science. In 2005, I graduated from the Higher Education and Student Affairs Master’s program in the School of Education. It has been a privilege to work for Indiana University for over 15 years now, having returned to IU Bloomington in 2007 following two years with IUPUI. In my current role as the Director of the Office of Scholarships, I support and lead the scholarship administration and scholar recruitment efforts within the Office of Enrollment Management. My move back to Bloomington coincided with the creation of this office in 2007, and I was able to join as the Associate Director and help with building the organization from the ground up. It has been a rewarding and challenging experience in shaping the priorities of our organization while developing and learning from so many talented team members and colleagues. This opportunity to join the IUBPC allows me to advocate and represent IU employees while further strengthening my own connections to the Bloomington campus administration. I look forward to the work ahead, and I know that our collaborative efforts will support the professional staff who give so much to Indiana University each and every day.
