LinkedIn LearningLinkedin Learning is available to IU faculty, staff, and students. Access this resource by searching “Linkedin Learning” at One.IU.  Use your IU login credentials to log in. An IU Quick Start guide can be found here.

IU Innovates: IU Innovates serves as a front door for IU entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to access the programs, people, departments, and resources that support IUB staff who wish to start companies, commercialize innovation, and/or explore entrepreneurship activities. IU Innovates provides mentorship, weekly check-ins, and access to a network of entrepreneurs, service providers, and investors. Thursday lunch and coworking (before or after lunch) is the best way to get a birds-eye view of IU entrepreneurship resources and to meet others in this community or contact Parker Busick (pbusick@iu.edu). Healthy IU: Eligible employees are able to take advantage of university-sponsored programs, workshops, and information relating to a host of topics including: nutrition, healthy eating, tobacco cessation, seasonal flu vaccinations, weight management, diabetes prevention, and self-monitoring blood pressure machines, to name a few. IU School of Optometry: 10% discount on spectacle lenses and frames to all faculty and staff and their spouses, registered domestic partners, and dependent children who are eligible for IU-sponsored health care plans (if not covered by another vision insurance plan). Co-pay discounted to $10. IU ID or IU insurance card must be presented to be eligible (family members may use a photocopy of the affiliated employee's IU ID card or IU insurance card). Offer good at all  IU Eye Care Center locations.

IU Recreational Sports: Welcome to IU Recreational Sports, your new wellness home here in B-town. Staff are eligible for discounted memberships starting as low as $30/month via payroll deduction. Information on membership options, including spouse memberships, can be found on the Rec Sports website. Membership includes access to the Student Recreational Sports Center (SRSC) and Bill Garrett Fieldhouse, free group exercise sessions, lap swimming, and much more. Locker and towel add-on available. Free 2-hour parking is available for members at the SRSC.

Recreational Sports wants to be your partner in an active, healthy lifestyle and invites you to decide if an RS membership is the right option for you. Student Health Center:  IUB Staff do not need to be a student to take advantage of the following services at the Student Health Center (SHC):

  • IU employees may get their prescriptions filled at the SHC Pharmacy. SHC takes all major insurances and offers a variety of over-the-counter products.
  • IU employees may use SHC Physical Therapy services. SHC accepts the university's insurance plans, as well as a number of other health insurances.
  • Travel and Immunization Services are available to IU employees.
  • One on one nutrition services. 

IU Bloomington Bookstore: Staff receive 10% off all non-clearance items at the IMU's Bookstore when Crimson Card is presented.

Bouldering Room, IU Outdoor Adventures: 25% off Bouldering Room space rental exclusive for IU employees. Great for birthday parties (ages 4+ recommended), private group gatherings, film watch parties, and more! Two hour minimum rental, 2-hour cost before discount $250. Shoe rental included.

IU Football and Men's Basketball: 10% discount on football season tickets for all IU faculty and staff. In order to receive this discount, call the IU Athletics Ticket Office at 812-855-4006 (or toll-free at 1-866-IUSPORTS) and provide your University ID number for employment verification.

IU Baseball, Volleyball, Men's Soccer, and Women's Basketball: With a valid Crimson Card, all IU faculty and staff get free admission for themselves and a single guest. Discount can be claimed on game day at the ticket window or in advance at the IU Athletics website. 

IU Tennis Center: Discounted membership rates for faculty, staff and students ($94 vs. $113 non-IU rate individual membership and $113 vs. $173 non-IU family rate). Membership grants access to 8 indoor, air-conditioned courts, informal and instructional programs for all ages and skill levels led by USPTA trained and certified tennis professionals.
