IUBSC Motivations: I'm thrilled to serve on the Indiana University Bloomington Staff Council because it allows me to actively contribute to shaping a workplace that reflects the dedication and diversity of our staff. Being on the council is a chance to amplify the perspectives of my colleagues, bring forward new ideas for a more supportive and connected community, and work on impactful initiatives that make a tangible difference across campus.
