Role at IU: As Director of Fiscal Affairs, I develop and direct the strategic financial planning process, monitor fiscal and resource utilization, and construct policies for the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM). OEM is a complex Responsibility Center, which includes the Offices of Admissions, Admissions Operations, Strategic Planning and Research, First Year Experience Programs, Scholarships, Student Financial Assistance, Registrar, Student Central, Enrollment Management Technology Services, and Strategic Communications and Marketing. I contribute to the research of enrollment trends and specific insights related to resource allocation, budget projections, tuition revenue, tuition discount, return on investment, scholarships reporting, and other ad-hoc analysis and reporting in support of the enrollment strategy and decision making.

Degrees and Education: BA, Art History and MBA, Strategic Management

IUBSC Motivations: I completed my first year at Indiana University as of April 2023, and therefore do not have any previous experience with IUB Staff Council. In the last year, I have learned so much about OEM and IUB from a financial perspective. I have gained many wonderful colleagues within this capacity as well. I am particularly interested in learning more about Indiana University from other staff outside my day-to-day interactions, as well as making more personal and professional connections. I am passionate about advocating for staff in my areas of influence, whether that be via opportunities for professional development, access to resources to enhance their work, or finding efficiencies for business processes. I am so grateful to be a part of the Hoosier family and would be honored if elected to be an IUB Staff Council member.
