IUBSC Motivations: I’m excited to be a part of the Bloomington Staff Council because I care deeply about staff well-being, equity, and professional growth. With over ten years at IU and experience coordinating care and collaborating across campus, I’ve seen how vital staff are to IU’s mission. I want to help strengthen the systems that support us, advocate for our needs, and build more connection across units. I believe in thoughtful leadership, clear communication, and the power of working together.
