Biography

Tara's been with Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business since 2015. In her current role, she oversees the day to day operations of the Kelley Undergraduate Academic Advising Office to ensure that students studying business maintain timely degree completion, create and achieve their academic goals, and make the most of their time in school. Tara earned her Master of Education degree from James Madison University in College Student Personnel Administration and her bachelors degree in political science from The Ohio State University.
Tara's motivation for join the council stem from an interest in making Indiana University a more cohesive community. After attending a large university as an undergraduate student, she understands the need for organized governance and communities in order to find your home within a large workplace. Her goals on the council are to increase the visibility of IUBPC, contribute to the efforts to improve staff engagement and to continue to make IUB a wonderful place to work.
