IUBSC Motivations:Coming from an IU family, I am always looking for new ways to connect not only with my employer, but my alma mater. The IUBSC provides an opportunity for staff to step outside our own silos and help communicate more of what resources and opportunities are available – something I feel passionate about as a lifelong resident of Bloomington that has benefited from IU’s proximity. With the IUBSC I am excited to be part of the process of fostering my passion and knowledge of IU while advocating for staff.
